Horoly Waitlist Privacy Notice

1. What the waitlist collects

If you do not give your email, you cannot join the waitlist; nothing else on this site depends on it. We do not collect birth details, payment details or any other data through the waitlist.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use this data to tell you when Horoly launches. We do this because you ticked the box saying you agree that CoreCodery may keep your email and approximate country to tell you about the Horoly launch, before submitting the form — consent under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). You can withdraw your consent at any time as easily as you gave it by emailing support@corecodery.com; withdrawal does not affect what we did before. We also use your IP address, briefly and only for bot checks and rate limiting, to keep the form secure; it is deleted within 1 hour.

3. Who handles the data

The form is protected by Cloudflare (including Turnstile bot checks) and the list is stored with Supabase in Singapore. They process the data for us under their data-processing terms. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Until Horoly launches plus 6 months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. To ask, email support@corecodery.com.

Transfers Outside Thailand

Our providers (Cloudflare, Supabase (Singapore)) may process data outside Thailand, mainly in the USA, Singapore and the EU, under their data-processing terms / standard contractual clauses (PDPA s.28-29) or your consent.

Your Rights

Under the PDPA (and the data protection law of the country where you live) you may:

• Access — ask for access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Copy — ask for a copy of your data.
• Portability — receive your data, or have it sent, in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Correction — ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data.
• Object — object to the processing of your data.
• Restrict — ask us to restrict the processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.
• Complain — complain to Thailand's Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13. Under Thai law, consent for a child under 10 must come from a parent or guardian, and a person under 20 needs a parent's or guardian's consent for processing based on consent (such as optional analytics or personalised ads). If you believe a child gave us data without that consent, contact us and we will delete it. support@corecodery.com

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk we notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours where feasible, and tell you without delay when the risk is high.

Changes to This Notice

If we change this notice we update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If a change needs your consent we will ask for it again.

Governing Law

This notice is governed by the laws of Thailand, including the PDPA. This does not remove any rights you have under the data protection law of the country where you live.

ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก

กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ประกาศนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย รวมถึง PDPA ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ใด ๆ ที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลของประเทศที่คุณอาศัยอยู่
