Crownwatch Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CoreCodery, operated by an individual based in Thailand (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data for the game Crownwatch: Tower Defense on Android and iOS. Contact: support@corecodery.com · website corecodery.com. The game is for players aged 13 and over.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, GPS location, contacts or photos. The game has no user accounts or chat. The current version does not show ads or sell items; the parts of this policy about ads and purchases apply once those features are released, and we will update this page before then.

3. Why we use it

(a) to run the game and process purchases; (b) to show rewarded ads that you choose to watch; (c) to measure whether the game is fun and to fix problems; (d) to prevent cheating and abuse; (e) to comply with the law and answer your requests.

4. Legal bases (Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 — PDPA)

• Consent: usage analytics and personalized ads — off by default, turned on only by your choice, and changeable at any time in Settings > Privacy. Nothing is sent to analytics before you consent.
• Contract: providing the game and processing purchases.
• Legitimate interest: anti-cheat and security.
• Players in the EEA, UK or Switzerland (if the game is offered there): GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) consent, (b) contract, (f) legitimate interests; Google's consent form is shown before any ads.

If you do not give consent, analytics and personalized ads stay off and the game still works. Consent is always asked separately and you can withdraw it as easily as you gave it.

iOS App Tracking Transparency: once ads are added (planned — not in the current version), on iPhone and iPad the game will ask your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before it uses your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). If you do not allow tracking, the IDFA is not used and ads are shown without personalization. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

6. How long we keep it

Analytics data: up to 14 months (Firebase retention setting) · support emails: 12 months · your consent choice: stored on your device while the game is installed. After that we delete the data or remove what identifies you.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings > Privacy (withdrawal does not affect processing before it). Email support@corecodery.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) or your local supervisory authority.

To delete local game data, uninstall the game. There is no cloud save yet, so progress is lost when you uninstall.

8. Children

The game is for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 20, usage analytics and personalized ads stay off unless a parent or guardian agrees; for players under 10 we never ask the player for consent. If you are a parent and believe your child gave us data, email support@corecodery.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections to the providers above and limit who can access the data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk we notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours where feasible, and tell you without delay when the risk is high.

10. International transfers

Our providers (Google, Apple) may process data outside Thailand, mainly in the USA, Singapore and the EU, under their data-processing terms / standard contractual clauses (PDPA s.28-29) or your consent.

11. Changes

For material changes we will tell you in the game, ask for consent again where needed, and update the date at the top of this page.

เราใช้การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัสกับผู้ให้บริการข้างต้น และจำกัดผู้ที่เข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์ หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลที่น่าจะกระทบสิทธิของคุณ เราจะแจ้งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงเท่าที่ทำได้ และจะแจ้งคุณโดยไม่ชักช้าเมื่อความเสี่ยงสูง

หากเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในเกม ขอความยินยอมใหม่เมื่อจำเป็น และปรับวันที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้
