Terms of Use (English)

1. Acceptance

Before you play, the game is planned to ask you to accept these Terms. The game is for players aged 13 and over.

2. Age and parental consent

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If you are under 20, you need your parent's or guardian's consent to accept these Terms and before any purchase.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on your device for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit it, except where the law allows.

4. Virtual items and currency

Virtual items, heroes, skins, points and in-game currency are a license to use inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred, sold or traded to others. We may rebalance or change items. The game is not planned to include randomized paid items (gacha) at launch; if they are added later, the odds will be shown.

5. Purchases and refunds

When the game offers purchases, they are processed by Google Play or Apple under each store's terms. Prices are shown in the store, including taxes as the store applies them. Refunds are requested from Google Play or Apple under that store's policy, except where the law requires otherwise; we cannot refund directly. “Remove ads” and cosmetic items are planned as one-time purchases. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove that item. On iOS, a “Restore Purchases” button is planned.

6. Season pass

If the game offers a season pass, it is sold per season and does not renew automatically; the season length is shown in the store. Unclaimed rewards may expire when the season ends. Season-exclusive towers or items will have an in-game way to earn them, as announced.

7. Ads

Once ads are enabled, the game shows them only when you choose to watch one; there are no ads in the current version. Ad content belongs to advertisers and ad providers; we do not endorse advertised products. Data used for ads follows the Privacy Policy and your choices.

8. Fair play

No cheating, bots, editing save files or memory, or bypassing the purchase or ad systems. The game may use tamper-detection tools. We may reset progress or restrict use that breaks these rules.

9. Save data

Progress is planned to be stored on your device, with no cloud save at launch. Uninstalling, clearing app data or changing device may lose progress and purchased items, except what the store lets you restore. Use “Restore Purchases” for purchased items.

10. Changes to the game

We may update, change, reprice or discontinue features or the whole game with reasonable notice, and will not make purchased items unusable without good reason.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for legal, security or service reasons. We will post the new version with its effective date at least 30 days ahead (7 days if it does not reduce your rights) and tell you in-app or by email about material changes. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel before that date. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose earlier. Past versions are available on request at support@corecodery.com.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game.

Our right to suspend or end

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or the law, if a court or authority requires it, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give notice where reasonably possible. If we discontinue a paid Service without fault on your part, unused prepaid fees are refunded (or handled under the app store's policy).

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability (a) for death, bodily injury or damage to health caused by our intentional or negligent act, (b) for fraud or gross negligence, or (c) that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540 and the Thai Civil and Commercial Code.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity; and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where the Service is free, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the competent courts of Thailand. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights you have as a consumer, including under the Consumer Case Procedure Act B.E. 2551, or under the law of the country where you live.

15. Who provides the Service

The Service is provided by CoreCodery, operated by an individual based in Thailand. Contact: support@corecodery.com.

16. General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
If we do not enforce a provision right away, that does not mean we have given it up.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of the Service, and we will tell you where it affects you.
Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disaster, outage of public networks or utilities, or government action.
Provisions that by their nature should continue (such as liability, compensation and governing law) survive the end of your use of the Service.
Where this document is published in both Thai and English and the two differ, the Thai version prevails.

1. การยอมรับ

3. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน

ไอเท็มเสมือน ฮีโร่ สกิน คะแนน และสกุลเงินในเกม เป็น สิทธิ์ใช้งานภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินสด แลกเป็นเงินไม่ได้ และโอน ขาย หรือแลกเปลี่ยนให้ผู้อื่นไม่ได้ เราอาจปรับสมดุลหรือแก้ไขไอเท็มได้ · เกมไม่มีแผนใส่ไอเท็มสุ่มแบบจ่ายเงิน (gacha) ตอนเปิดตัว ถ้าเพิ่มภายหลังจะแสดงอัตราการได้รับไอเท็ม

5. การซื้อและการคืนเงิน

เมื่อเกมเปิดให้ซื้อ การซื้อจะประมวลผลโดย Google Play หรือ Apple ตามเงื่อนไขของแต่ละร้าน ราคาแสดงในร้านค้า (รวมภาษีตามที่ร้านกำหนด) · การขอคืนเงินทำกับ Google Play หรือ Apple ตามนโยบายของร้านนั้น เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น · เราคืนเงินเองไม่ได้ · “Remove ads” และไอเท็มตกแต่งวางแผนไว้เป็นการซื้อครั้งเดียว · ถ้าการซื้อถูกคืนเงิน เราอาจถอนไอเท็มนั้น · บน iOS วางแผนให้มีปุ่ม “กู้คืนการซื้อ”

6. ตั๋วซีซัน (Season Pass)

หากเกมมีตั๋วซีซัน จะขายเป็น รายซีซัน และไม่ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ ระยะเวลาซีซันแสดงในร้านค้า รางวัลที่ยังไม่ได้รับเมื่อซีซันจบอาจหมดสิทธิ์รับ ป้อมหรือไอเท็มพิเศษของซีซันจะมีวิธีหาได้ในเกมตามที่ประกาศ

7. โฆษณา

เมื่อเปิดใช้โฆษณา เกมจะแสดงเฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกดูเอง (ยังไม่มีโฆษณาในเวอร์ชันปัจจุบัน) เนื้อหาโฆษณาเป็นของผู้ลงโฆษณาและผู้ให้บริการโฆษณา เราไม่รับรองสินค้าที่โฆษณา การเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณาเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และตัวเลือกของคุณ

8. การเล่นอย่างเป็นธรรม

ห้ามโกง ใช้บอทหรือโปรแกรมช่วย แก้ไขไฟล์เซฟหรือหน่วยความจำ หรือหลบเลี่ยงระบบการซื้อหรือโฆษณา เกมอาจใช้เครื่องมือตรวจจับการแก้ไขข้อมูล เราอาจรีเซ็ตความคืบหน้าหรือจำกัดการใช้งานที่ละเมิดกติกานี้

9. ข้อมูลเซฟ

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ด้วยเหตุทางกฎหมาย ความปลอดภัย หรือการให้บริการ โดยจะประกาศฉบับใหม่พร้อมวันมีผลล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน (7 วันหากไม่ลดสิทธิ์ของคุณ) และแจ้งในแอปหรืออีเมลเมื่อเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ หากไม่ยอมรับ ให้หยุดใช้และยกเลิกก่อนวันมีผล การแก้ไขไม่ใช้กับข้อพิพาทที่เกิดก่อนหน้า ขอรับฉบับก่อนหน้าได้ที่ support@corecodery.com

12. การระงับและการยุติการใช้งาน

คุณหยุดใช้ได้ทุกเมื่อโดยถอนการติดตั้งเกม

สิทธิ์ของเราในการระงับหรือยุติ

เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการใช้งานของคุณ หากคุณผิดข้อกำหนดนี้หรือกฎหมายในสาระสำคัญ เมื่อศาลหรือหน่วยงานรัฐสั่ง หรือเมื่อเรายุติบริการ โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าเท่าที่ทำได้ตามสมควร หากเรายุติบริการที่ชำระเงินโดยคุณไม่ได้ผิด จะคืนค่าบริการส่วนที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้ (หรือตามนโยบายของร้านค้าแอป)

13. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ไม่มีข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดนี้ยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดของเรา (ก) ต่อความเสียหายแก่ชีวิต ร่างกาย หรืออนามัย ที่เกิดจากการกระทำโดยจงใจหรือประมาทเลินเล่อของเรา (ข) ต่อกลฉ้อฉลหรือความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรง หรือ (ค) ที่กฎหมายห้ามยกเว้นหรือจำกัด รวมถึง พ.ร.บ.ว่าด้วยข้อสัญญาที่ไม่เป็นธรรม พ.ศ. 2540 และประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์

ภายใต้ข้อความข้างต้นและเท่าที่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับอนุญาตสูงสุด บริการให้ไว้ "ตามสภาพ" และ "ตามที่มีให้บริการ" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ เราไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายโดยบังเอิญ ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง หรือการสูญเสียกำไร รายได้ ข้อมูล ชื่อเสียง หรือโอกาส และความรับผิดรวมของเราสำหรับข้อเรียกร้องทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับบริการ ไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณชำระให้เราสำหรับบริการในช่วง 12 เดือนก่อนเหตุที่ก่อให้เกิดข้อเรียกร้อง สำหรับบริการที่ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ความรับผิดของเราจำกัดเท่าที่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับอนุญาต

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทให้อยู่ในอำนาจของศาลไทยที่มีเขตอำนาจ ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ของคุณในฐานะผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย รวมถึง พ.ร.บ.วิธีพิจารณาคดีผู้บริโภค พ.ศ. 2551 หรือกฎหมายของประเทศที่คุณอาศัยอยู่

16. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

หากข้อกำหนดข้อใดไม่มีผลบังคับ ข้อกำหนดที่เหลือยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับ
การที่เราไม่บังคับใช้ข้อกำหนดข้อใดทันที ไม่ถือว่าเราสละสิทธิ์ตามข้อกำหนดนั้น
คุณจะโอนสิทธิ์ตามข้อกำหนดนี้ให้ผู้อื่นไม่ได้หากเราไม่ยินยอม เราอาจโอนสิทธิ์ของเราเมื่อมีการขายหรือปรับโครงสร้างบริการ และจะแจ้งคุณหากกระทบสิทธิ์ของคุณ
ฝ่ายใดไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความล่าช้าหรือการไม่ปฏิบัติตามที่เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัยที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควร เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ ระบบเครือข่ายหรือสาธารณูปโภคขัดข้อง หรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐ
ข้อกำหนดที่โดยสภาพควรมีผลต่อไป (เช่น ความรับผิด การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย และกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ) ยังคงมีผลหลังคุณเลิกใช้บริการ
ในกรณีที่เอกสารนี้มีทั้งฉบับภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษและมีข้อความขัดหรือแย้งกัน ให้ถือตามฉบับภาษาไทย
